What to expect before your install
We begin the process with a consultation, during we will discuss results, methods, expectations and determine if your hair is suitable for extensions, from there we can colour match and the process can begin
At Brush and co we specialize in Y-tip and k-Tip extensions these allow for complete colour customisation and lightweight distribution around the head, both methods are seamless and have complete style versatility for the wearer

- Beaded method
- Need to be moved up every 6-8 weeks and fully removed and installed again every 2nd appointment
- Hair can be reused indefinitely (within reason typically within a year)
- Small flat top and bead that lay flat to the head
- Keratin Bonded with a hot tool
- Need to full removed and reinstalled within 3 - 4 months
-Hair can be retipped but will need replaced after 3 retips, Preferably new hair per install
- Can be density matched to your density
- Nearly invisible bond

Due to the nature of Hair extension services, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
If you experience any concerns with your installation, you must notify us, we can then assess the issue and offer a corrective service where appropriate
Clients must not alter, remove or tamper with extensions before contacting us, as this may void eligibility for corrective services.
Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to provide a reasonable solution
